Columbus Day is a day for remembering the journies and the efforts of Christopher Columbus and his work. People are attacking him because they are ignorant and think they are promoting peace and love. They want to celebrate the inferior cultures of the indigenous people because...equality. They must be represented because it makes us look evil when we acknowldge that they could not stand up to social progress. It's unfortuante that social darwinism is a part of human nature.
