Beef Short Ribs Oklahoma Joe's Rider DLX

In this video I did up some beef short ribs. Now I have always called them beefers and dang these turned out great!! Now they ran faster than usual but this is part of learning a new cooker so the next time I will run around low n slows at 200° to 225°.
