James Younger is a 7 year old boy who was caught up in the custody battle between his mother, Anne Georgulas and his father Jeff Younger. His parents have been appearing in family court trying to decide if his mother, who wants to affirm his possible transgender identity will have more custody over him, or if his father who wants to 'watch and wait', will have more power over his son's future.. This story has a lot going on it.
