You will feel the muscle parasites going crazy and crawling out of your muscles, it is very disturbing at first. It might interupt your sleep the first couple of nights because they will be especially active because they will be forced to try to migrate. Do this session once a day, you can even aim the sound directly to where the big ones are squriming =D by the third night for me, I started to feel them less and I can tell they are dying off. Hang in there, you would rather destroy these demons than to not even realize they are there, it will take consistency but you will feel so much better. Parasites alter your thoughts, cravings and emotions - They are satan's little children. This session kills them. Do it daily until you can feel a difference. You will start to feel yourself again. Try to eat less meat & fish (They are where most of the parasites come from, the other ones come from Ch.emtrails and whatnot) the parasites are what make you crave meat because they make you gain more parasites each time you eat meat, its all mind control and nervous system infiltration. i recommend fasting
