I picked up a vintage coleman stove for 15$. I love frying foods in cast iron outdoors on this vintage coleman stove. I chose to make this video with no talking just to showcase the beauty of the process of cooking this food

recipe:
12 boneless chicken thighs

marinate for 1 hour in

3 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup pickle juice

seasoned flour
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup corn starch
2 tablespoons creole seasoning
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon msg

fry in 2 quarts of oil at 320ºf until golden brown
