In Buddhist cosmology the Tavatimsa devas are in the second heaven but when I made this video on March 12, 2018, I believe now, in 2023, that I had the wrong view on the nagas. I said, "Reptilians are the nagas, in the first lower heaven. The Jewish elite, working for naga reptilians have power limited to the first heaven. They will always be below the second heaven. The Jewish establishment and their nagas and the aliens working through them are kept in check by higher devas and more powerful aliens in a federation of planets."

But, no. Now I don't believe what I said in this video. I could just delete it but others may have posted it. So this is a record of how my understanding has changed over time.
