The Media has continuously lied, exaggerated, disinformed on the facts of the drill psyop in Christchurch.

According to official police timeline it took them 30 minutes to respond because of a "Drill" going on there 2 large Stations literally 1.5-1.8 miles away, all police in the world despite drills have something called "shifts" for road officers/patrolmen/car patrol by doctrine these are never taken away from for any drill but the training if involving all eventually is done in successive waves according to a schedule.
Response time based on a rough 80mph at 1.6 miles is 1 minute and 12 seconds response time. this is from the stations not the road officers on patrol in the city....Christchurch in terms of shift patrols has a conservative 80 officers patrolling primary in high crimes central city locations such as Deans avenue where the "Mosque" is located response time on this considering immediate action 1 minute.
Explain the 30 minute gap! Explain why officers equiped on road patrols with body armor and AR-15's with ammo couldn't respond...explain.
Tarrant's "event" at the Mosque lasted from initial discovery by people he didn't shoot at 6:25 to 12:26 when he pulled out 6 minutes approx...reasonable response time for a road officer at marginal emergency speed upon communication from dispatch is instantaneous...from my calculations 15-20 vehicles were guaranteed to be within a range of response within a 3 minute TOA upon the scene.
Numbers don't add up...nothing adds up.
