This is why food companies promote low fat and remove fat from the foods they make for us to eat. They push sugar rich foods on us. They know fat is good for you and want a population that is sick. By doing this you go to the doctor and get prescribed medications. Often folks are on toxic pharmaceutical poisons for life. Medical doctors promote low fat diets too and by doing so they are guilty of killing millions. MD's lie. I always say stay away from doctors, be your own doctor.

This documentary also exposes the main stream media for lying.(The Oprah show part) and it exposes corporations and corrupt deceiving politicians (at the end of the video)

This documentary helped my wife and I see the diet we were eating (a diet high in organic fruits and vegetables) was wrong. These foods are carbs and they ALL turn to sugar once consumed. I was pre-diabetic and had non alcoholic fatty liver one year ago this April. My wife and I went carnivore to get healthy and I had no other choice. It really has helped as now I have reversed all the health challenges I had. Prior to all this I was vegan for 5 years and it really messed me up. I lived through it so I know first hand. In the past 2 months I increased my fat intake and it has been nothing but positive for me. In almost 1 year I'm down 50lbs too. I feel much better now.

I had a lump in my arm pit for over 15 years maybe longer. It was the size of a standard sized marble. I started to increase my fat intake a month or two ago and it actually moved to the surface on my skin and drained away... I drained it every day before my shower. It was a hard lump for 15 plus years but it became liquid after adding more fat to my diet... It was pretty gross as it leaked out but at least its GONE! I have heard that the body stores toxins in our fat, now I know this is true and by increasing your fat consumption it will help the body remove those stored up toxins.

I would also like to add our small dog Rocko was a rescue at age 6 and he was vaccine damaged by his previous owner. The rabies shots he had in the past causes seizures, well I add coconut oil to his food every day which is only a raw meat dog food diet. The frequency of his seizures have reduced considerably. When we first got him 6 years ago he would have a seizure a few times a week. Now he has a seizure maybe once a month. He is 12 now and acts just like a healthy puppy.
