Prescient and in a small way prophetic, the 'Rivers of Blood' speech was made by British Member of Parliament Enoch Powell on April 20, 1968 to a meeting of the Conservative Political Centre in Birmingham, United Kingdom. His speech strongly criticized mass immigration and a proposed race relations bill. It became known as the 'Rivers of Blood' speech, although Powell always referred to it as 'the Birmingham speech.' Powell, much like author of "The Camp of the Saints" Jean Raspail, had a finger on the pulse of what globalism was and it's intended effects on Western Civilization

From what program this was taken, or when it originally aired, I'm not entirely sure. Although it does seem to portray Powell in a negative light, the clip is still quite useful and interesting
