The TV News story above out of Phoenix, AZ made a subtle "connection" between UFOs and large governmental organizations, specifically the Phoenix area fire departments. While no fire department personnel appeared in the story, the average viewer will walk away remembering the "connection" between the fire department and UFOs. The report also said that the training manual was being used around the country, which subtly planted another seed of deception in the average viewer's mind without detailing anything. This is one of Satan's many strategies in manipulation and mind control.

Side Note: Notice that "Chapter 13" in the manual in the video is titled "Enemy Attack and UFO Potential." Is this getting the attention of people who are familiar with the Illuminati and the Freemasons? The UFO chapter just happens to be numbered 13? For those of you who do not understand this point, just do a search for "freemasonry 13" (without the quotes).
