This text concerns the act of the treachery of Absalom, it is a fact an account of David's distresses which apply to the false relationship and treacherousness of Absalom.
My Intimate Friend
"My Intimate Friend", also a the "Man of My Peace". This is the man who kissed me; and thus gave the agreed-on signal to my murderers that I was the person whom they should seize, hold fast, and carry away.
Did Eat of My Bread in My House
Was an inmate in my house, when eating with him out of the same dish. This may also refer to Ahithophel, the Counsellor of David, the "Man of his Peace", his Prime Minister; who, we know, was the strength of Absalom's conspiracy.
This text in (Psalms 41:13) has no relation whatsoever to a betrayal by a person called Judas whatsoever.
