Don't just re-upload the same file again. It will most likely get stuck again. Run your video file through an encoding software and change it. For example:- Add a few seconds- Cut out a second- Change it to another format- Change the output resolutionIn my case the same file always triggered the same bug. No matter how often I re-uploaded it and how long I waited between uploads.
