Tasers Often Don't Work on Violent African Americans

In this video, a police officer attempts to stop a violent black man who is threatening with some type of a weapon in his hand. The officer uses his taser, which appears to stymie the black man for a moment. However, the man of color either quickly recovers or was faking being hurt all along. He then immediately goes on the attack and begins striking the officer with his weapon. As a result, he escapes. Sadly, tasers, which were originally brought into police work to reduce fatalities from gunshots, are often highly ineffective when trying to quell the rabid mayhem of crazed African Americans.
