In this life we, the Source Players have to face our greatest fears, we need to stop being afraid. Our life is about gathering knowledge and experience, we need to remain true to who we really are inside and our core values. What has helped me personally was the breathing exercises. I promise you, only after one session you'll feel much better and have more confidence in you. Just breath in deeply thru your nose and exhale through mouth. Then after at least 30 to 50 breaths like this, try to inhale as much air as you can inside your lungs and you hold it for at least 3 seconds then exhale. Then after you do it several times for 3 seconds, try to increase the hold time to as long you can slowly and gradually and just do it as much as you can. Don’t push yourself too much, just enjoy doing it, think about the air entering your body and your every cell and what’s happening to it. I'm telling you, you'll be a brand new person after that, so calm and indifferent to other psychos around you who try to make your life miserable... lol Also, I recommend you sit in some kind of very comfortable armchair (could be a garden reclining chair – I use it myself) while doing this exercise with an opened window, or outside on a balcony, deck, garden, but somewhere where you feel safe. Don’t distract yourself with any music but if you must, use some quiet and calm instrumental music or simply sea shore recordings of the sea waves, unless you have a direct access to it so that even better but you need to feel safe, remember that. You can’t worry while relaxing on some public beach with closed eyes and being interrupted by some stupid dogs barking in the background or sniffing you, jumping on you, etc. You can’t worry that your phone and/wallet could be stolen while you do this exercise, you need to feel safe there. Because most likely right after doing this exercise you’ll immediately fall asleep, you’ll be so relaxed. And that’s all. Let me know what you think about it. 😊 All the best, Nina.
