Your car is driven by a small difference of air pressure before and behind your car. you are now passenger only, but you may drive out at any station. This may work with air pressure or electric. Where no tubes are you drive with your car on normal streets. By theses procedures you must never leave your car.
The red stamp BStU means this paper is found by the secret police from East Germany called SSD or STASI.
The inventor was jailed and his reputation destroyed by a new method called Zersetzung or subversion.
The manuscript was never published.
