Solfeggio Sleep Music, 528Hz - Repairs DNA
What are the benefits of listening to music at 528 Hz?
528 Hz is one of the so-called Solfeggio frequencies.
The main Solfeggio frequencies are:
396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles
639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order
These are the frequencies are the core of an ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including Gregorian Chants.
Obviously, music is made up of multiple frequencies. One frequency would be a solid tone, similar to back in the day when television would go off the air. The annoying sound was intended to wake people who had fallen asleep in front of their one-eyed monster.
Actually, the subject of frequencies (in of themselves) and with respect to music, is

Actually, the subject of frequencies (in of themselves) and with respect to music, is the source of many arguments. There is a debate over where Middle C should reside in the frequency spectrum, and then many beliefs about the physical impacts of certain frequencies. I could research and go on about this all day. Science hasn't answered many of the question as yet, so it's an open discourse that just about anyone will jump on with their particular "opinions".
For example, when the A440 pitch standard is used to tune a musical instrument, Middle C has a frequency of 261.6 Hz. Middle C is designated C4 in scientific pitch notation because of the note's position as the fourth C key on a standard 88-key piano keyboard. However, scientific pitch assigns a frequency of 256 Hz which is more convenient numerically but not used by orchestras. Other note-octave systems exist, and again, many debates rage on about the proper frequencies to use[1]. There is a lot of argument over the proper assignment of A (432 Hz? 440 Hz? 444 Hz?) and it all makes for a fun read... or listen[2].
Of course, it really shouldn't matter, so long as the semitones below and above are suitably pitched. In fact, it's been common practice to slow down or speed up recorded medium in the mastering process, and some recordings (notably the early work of Madonna in a bid to make her sound younger) are pitched slightly differently for various purposes. Many just write this all off as New Age nonsense. Science may yet prove one side or the other to be correct.
And that leads us nicely back to your question on 528 Hz. According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz[3], 528 Hertz is a frequency that is central to the “musical mathematical matrix of creation.” He calls it the "love frequency” and claims that it resonates at the heart of everything and "connects one's heart and spiritual essence to the spiraling reality of heaven and earth".
Many claims have been made for the mythical frequency of 528 Hz. Some say that it can repair DNA, while others say it can purify water. Victor Showell describes 528 Hz as fundamental to the ancient Pi, Phi, and the Golden Mean evident throughout natural design. He shows this with imagery comparing natural objects that utilize Fibonacci numbers with oscilloscope output of 528 Hz. Showell, along with John Stuart Reid (a researcher of acoustics) say they have proven that 528 Hz is essential to the sacred geometry of circles and spirals consistent with DNA structuring and hydrosonic restructuring.
It also has links to numerology. The number 528 resolves to a 6, the icon for physical manifestation. That is, 5+2+8=15; and 1+5=6 (using Pythagorean math). The symbol “6” reflects the “spiraling down from heaven into the wholeness of Earth.”
What you take from all of this is really dependent on your personal beliefs. It's either true, or pure silliness.
