It's no surprise that I am NOT a fan of MSM but I am also not a fan of alternative media that uses their same tactics of manipulation. Protecting your energy field from being bombarded by lower level frequency crap is of utmost importance when gathering your information on global and local news. If you like to stay abreast of what's going on in the world like me but don't want to have your emotions manipulated by outside sources then I have a big tip to share with you.

Understanding consciousness and energy frequency is the first step. When we are equipped with the knowledge of how we create our realities based on our consciousness and frequency then protecting it becomes the second step. Once we understand the quantum physics behind energy and manifestation, we then can see why our energy might be manipulated into lower frequencies for less than savory agendas. This sort of manipulation is an assault on our individual sovereignty and spiritual hygiene.
