"Talents at Work" is a series where we document individuals or work crews honing their talents in public. If anyone denies our right to record in a public area, then this episode will be under the first amendment banner.
In the first scene, a private contractor in the City of La Habra skillfully scrapping up the old tar of a parking lot. In the second scene, Los Angeles's Department of Water and Power are working underneath Constellation Blvd in Century City. Century City/Constellation Blvd Station is a planned heavy-rail subway station in the Los Angeles County Metro Rail system (LACMTA), planned to be open in the year 2025. These are scenes of that morning.
What your eyes can see cannot be trespassed, there are no expectation to privacy while out in public areas.
