This message was preached by Pastor Chuck Baldwin on Sunday, May 17, 2020, during the service at Liberty Fellowship.
This message honors the great Hebrew matriarch Abigail. Forced into a marriage (via Jewish custom) to a wicked man that Scripture calls "the son of Belial (Satan)," Abigail must be listed near the top as one of the most courageous and honorable women in the Bible.
Her discernment and bravery were as notable as her beauty. She is a model for all of us—men and women—regarding the understanding of God's Natural Law principles of spiritual submission and righteous resistance—and the proper balance between them.
And, as Pastor Baldwin always does, he applies the principles of this Biblical story to the things we are dealing with today—especially in light of the burgeoning tyranny across our land in the wake of the coronavirus.
