Jesus' relationship with His Mother is so unique, so special & so significant that many don't realize what the Bible reveals regarding the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is described by the angel of God as "full of grace":
And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. - Luke 1:28
And she cried out with a loud voice, and said: Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. - Luke 1:42
And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? - Luke 1:43
Mary was born without original sin. God's angel said she is "full of grace". She is also the mother of the Lord, the Mother of God, which means she had to be undefiled from any sin, actual & original (hence her being "full of grace"). Hence the Immaculate Conception, Assumption of Mary into Heaven & striking comparisons with Mary & the Ark of the Covenant.
The Blessed Virgin Mary is the true Queen of Heaven, not the false one mentioned in the Old Testament:
Revelation 12:1-5
And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a CROWN of twelve stars: And being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered. And there was seen another sign in heaven: and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads, and ten horns: and on his head seven diadems: And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered; that, when she should be delivered, he might devour her son. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with an iron rod: and her son was taken up to God, and to his throne.
This cross-references with the Old Testament, which prophesied Mary crushing the head of the serpent, the devil, through the proven power of the Rosary (which honors Christ) & the miracles which have been wrought forth through Her by the will of God:

And the Lord God said to the serpent: Because thou hast done this thing, thou art cursed among all cattle, and beasts of the earth: upon thy breast shalt thou go, and earth shalt thou eat all the days of thy life.
