Town Bans Guns Then Imposes Fine Of $1000 Per Day To "Assault Weapon" Owners.

Deerfield Illinois has imposed a $1000 a day fine for any one who owns an "assault weapon". This is a violation of the second amendment and the eight amendment. CNN couldn't be happier. This isn't gun control, it's kind of people control. How does an outright ban add to the debate? A gun ban doesn't work. Look at London.
