It is clear that we are force fed some very basic presumptions. The biggest of which appears that life for a man or a woman is to suffer. Without suffering you cannot recognise the brief moments of joy apparently. Well I am calling bull shit on that one. We are well equipped to stand under the experience of joy and recognise it whole heartedly, we do not need to suffer to know joy. But we do suffer, usually I would say that suffering is a construction of our own mind, comprised of self doubt and trauma inflicted on us by the stories that constantly bombard our ego.
