Kingussie star's tragic sudden death at 20

The crest of Kingussie Camanachd Club is painted black after the shocking news of the death of one of its most popular young stars.
Calum MacKintosh died yesterday in Edinburgh.

Tributes have been pouring into his beloved Kingussie club's Facebook page.
Donald Colville posted: "Cal was a dream to coach and manage while he was at Strathspey Camanachd. Hard working, disciplined and all with the biggest smile on his face.
"Personally, I was so incredibly proud of the impact he made when he went back to Kingussie… although not surprised as he was such a gifted player! My thoughts are with the family and friends."
Richard Swerve Selvester rememberd: "Such a lovely lad.
"Shared a lot of laughs with him in the clubhouse always had a smile on his face. Broke into the 1st team this year and did really well. Taken far too soon."

The attacking midfielder had excelled across the board with the Kings since first taking the field for them as a substitute against Oban Camanachd at the Dell in 2021.
He had notched up appearances in the MacTavish Under 17 Trophy, Mowi North League C 2021, Camanachd Cup, Macaulay Cup, Mowi Premiership, Mowi North Division 1, Mowi North Division 2, Sutherland Cup and Strathdearn Cup.
In a recent interview Calum MacKintosh had counted his blessings at picking up no serious injuries in his three seasons.
