This is something most would have to face during a conflict. How to counter fast moving helicopter assaults? First set up a network of air guard posts or observation posts. They need communications to the unit's TOC or Tactical Operations Center. Preferably by more than 1 means in case of radio jamming or phone lines being cut. The TOC then deploys a QRF or Quick Reactionary Force if they determined it is called for. If ADA sites are set up the TOC could instruct them to engage the choppers while in flight. Helicopters are most vulnerable during landing and taking off.
