Instructions for making the most of good times by Tapping In:
1. Learn to notice when happy event taking place (compliment, snuggle time, achievement, etc)
2. Savor it! Where do you feel it in your body? What does it feel like? How does it affect your posture?
3. Carefully choose a song that will be this event/feeling’s “soundtrack” and play it.
4. Vividly recall the positive event, sensations in your body, SMILE BIG as you listen to the song and tap one shoulder and then the other for at least 30 seconds.
5. Save the song on a special playlist. Add other positive events with their songs to it. When you need a boost, listen to it and savor those memories 🥰🥰🥰
