In this video, Ken explains to us what the true and original denotation of the term 'meditation' was and how it's been bastardized in today's world.

In the same way that the term 'meditation' has been co-opted to mean blanking out one's mental faculties and becoming a human slug, the term 'yoga' has been bastardized into meaning various forms of stretching and breathing exercises (along with some more humorous offshoots).
