JUDGEMENT IS FROM GOD. When He speaks the proper response is- LISTEN, consider, REPENT and Pray. Prayer doesn't always stop judgement, the only one who can decide to stop judgement and show mercy is God, not people. GOD judged Nebuchadnezzar and there was nothing anybody could do about it- he had to serve his full judgment of 7 years. GOD judged Judah and there was nothing anyone could do about it- they had to serve their full judgement of 70 years. GOD judged Hezekiah but he wept and pleaded for mercy until God changed the judgement- he had 15 years added to his life. GOD judged Nineveh but they fell to their knees and repented AS A NATION, as a result God had mercy on them for that time. God has said the penalty for this nation of Mystery Babylon is SET according to Rev. 18; however prayers for individuals may be successful if those who pray repent of sin and seek God for mercy.
