As a working musician in ballet studios, musical theater productions and classes, I have always believed that music has a natural healing process. As an accompanist for Dance for Parkinson's, I have seen first hand, the dancers move with ease as the music lifts their spirits. During Covid 19 social distancing, I felt the need for inspirational music was necessary for everyone to maintain calm within the storm. So, I decided to Improvise and record music to soothe our anxiety. This release is a culmination of the songs I created from the heart.
