Having completed the main story of "Corpse Party: Blood Covered ...Repeated Fear", Neosekken decides to go the completionist route and see every remaining Wrong End and Extra Chapter that he has yet to see in order to squeeze as much out of the overall game's narrative as possible before calling this series truly over. To that end he begins unlocking the remaining Wrong Ends for Chapter 5.
The first one involves allowing Yoshiki and Ayumi to get caught by Yoshikazu and the anatomical doll, and seeing the tragic end that befalls Yoshiki as he attempts to save Ayumi... The second one he unlocks involves the group catching up to Naomi as she finds Seiko's body -- only for the reunion to turn deadly for everyone involved.
The third one involves allowing Naomi to get eaten by a sea of insects, while the fourth involves getting the remaining survivors (sans Naomi) out of the school, only for Yuka to get attacked on the way out and kick the bucket as well, but not before giving a tearful goodbye to Satoshi. Things only get worse for Satoshi from there.
The next will involve Neo allowing Yuka to get caught by Kizami during his chase, although Neo doesn't get to see what ending this will ultimately result in, at least in this episode. What he DOES see is several scenes play out differently from how they did when Yuka DOES manage to escape Kizami - namely, Ayumi going back to Heavenly Host alone due to Yoshiki getting cold feet at the idea of returning, only for him to quickly regret the decision shortly after, and resorts to begging Yuki to take him back into the closed spaces. On top of that, Neo sees scenes of Kizami torturing Yuka pop up from time to time as he continues to play the game normally...
