Heathkit IT-28 Capacitor Tester Repair - Part 1

I begin to repair a Heathkit IT-28 capacitor tester, I check every resistor for correct values and find some problems with some of them, I also test the capacitors and take some voltage measurements.

I do a basic calibration of the IT-28 using resistors as per the IT-28 manual.

There is a Part 2 which finishes off the repair and also shows the alternative method of calibration using current measurements instead of resistors.
