In this episode, we are introduced to Sascha Meier (played by Leontine Hass) and Anna Schmidt (played by Britta Becker). Sascha is recovering from a breakup when she receives mail notifying her that her old American pen pal from grade school, Sam Scott (played by Lawrence Ray), intends to pay her a visit. Their neighbor, Nic Müller (played by Frank Brunet) is immediately jealous, as he has something of a crush on Sascha. Hilarity ensues when the naïve Sam turns out to be socially awkward, but as it turns out, this is because Sam is harboring a secret...
