At 2:46 I do a complete walk around the building with additional commentary, yet first I saw a large sign for “Theater Works”. It is in the City Arts building, located nearby, on Pearl Street in Hartford CT - so I first went over there to check that out. In the City Arts building was also an office for the Armed Forces career center. Which, I guess is a hiring agency for military personnel. So, its possible that military people are told to report to this hiring agency and once there, they are referred to the CIA’s Frontier, windowless fortress corporation down the street. All over the area are large signs with a lion, advertising the production: “Gimmee Shelter” which may be part of the alleged program of getting homeless people into the abandoned YMCA building - as explained in part 1.
