Its not bad and thats from a guy who isn't an IPA drinker. They balanced out the initial bitterness hit so it comes in soft on the palate then builds in the middle slightly and finishes bitter and dirty. It doesn't overwhelm you right off the bat with the "Dare " beer mentality that you've seen so often in the IPA world.Clocking it at 5.9 ABV, 50 soft IBUs and a rating (per the can )of 12 on the SRM scale. This isn't a bad beer and Boulevard has yet to disappoint in their offerings, another well crafted brew from their Brew Meister . This won't make it into my regular rotation but when we throw a get together I'll make sure its included in the cooler for my IPA drinking friends.
