OXFORD TOWNSHIP, MI: A Gretchen Whitmer "home inspector" is facing charges for allegedly violating Tickle-Me-Elmo while conducting a home inspection.

The alleged incident was caught on a nursery “nanny cam,” according to a news release from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect has claimed the tried-and-true defense of a "sexual emergency" asserting that Tickle-Me-Elmo was asking for it. Unfortunately for the perpetrator, he's white, so that defense probably won't hold even though he's an avid Biden supporter, authorities say.
