Hard times indeed. With over 200 reports of the homeless hurling rocks onto the interstate one has to ask the question why is this happening? And a good place to start is well why didn't this happen in the past? The answer is there is no longer any will to enforce the rules because rules are mean.
After several vehicles were struck and damaged by rocks and debris thrown onto a Washington freeway, homeless encampments connected to at least one of the incidents will be removed. An ambulance transporting a patient was even hit, it is only a matter of time before someone pays the ultimate price for Seattle's "tolerance."
