Im 1. Videoteil beschäftigt sich der Passauer Arzt Dr. Ronald Weikl, MWGFD e.V., mit der aktuellen Faktenlage zur sog. „epidemischen Lage von nationaler Tragweite“ und stellt hierbei die wichtigsten Argumente der Kritiker der Corona-Maßnahmen-Diskussion vor. Er zeigt dabei auch die Strategie der „Angst-und Panikmache“ auf, die zur Verbesserung der „Compliance“ der Bevölkerung bzgl. der immer skurriler werdenden Maßnahmen verfolgt wird und die letztlich zur immer größer werdenden Spaltung unserer Gesellschaft führt.
Am Ende des Videos werden Vorschläge zur Änderung dieser Situation genannt und einige „Hoffnungsschimmer“ aufgezeigt.
