Erickson, a Minnesota Tribunal Judge, licensed abstractor (MN), licensed broker (FL), and asked to speak to an embattled award-winning news reporter from East Grand Forks, Minnesota named Timothy Charles Holmseth who was scheduled for trial in Polk County, Minnesota.

BACKSTORY
In 2009, Timothy Holmseth stumbled upon key figures in a national profile kidnapping case during recorded interviews he conducted. The evidence that Holmseth obtained led to the largest human and child sex trafficking and human harvesting operation in the history of mankind. The human trafficking operation was a CIA operation involving rogue operatives of the FBI connected to Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Jeffrey Epstein, and a CIA operation called THE FINDERS.
In 2011, desperate to silence Holmseth, the CIA ran a JUDICIAL BLACK OP against Holmseth wherein a CIA-tied family law attorney-operative from Broward County, Florida named Kim Lowry Picazio petitioned the Family Court Division in Broward County for an INJUNCTION FOR PROTECTION AGAINST REPEAT VIOLENCE against Timothy Holmseth, Minnesota, whom she had never met (but granted interviews with over the phone and by email regarding a kidnapping case). The judge, Picazio’s daily colleague, Michael G. Kaplan, granted the fraudulent petition (Holmseth did not attend) and ordered Holmseth must turn his firearms over to Broward County, and retroactively remove from the Web all writings, references, and books that make any mention, direct or indirect, to Kim Picazio. The order was only valid in Florida. The State Attorney’s Office in Broward County caught on to the CIA scheme and issued a formal Memo rejecting Kim Picazio’s request to charge Timothy Holmseth with a criminal offense because the filing was entirely improper.
The CIA then colluded with police and private attorneys in Polk County, Minnesota to kidnap Timothy Holmseth under the guise of ‘arrest’ alleging Holmseth violated the fraudulent private Florida order wherein Holmseth allegedly published already-public court files. The CIA strategically neglected to follow Minnesota statute which required the private Florida order be filed with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office with an Affidavit.
