Yesterday and Today I was feeling sick but better now. I do not know what I had but I felt weak and a little warm. I had a good sleep and a nap today and now I feel much better. This afternoon I went out into the garden and pottered about a bit and now I feel a lot better. I have been drinking a lot of water and I do feel better. I hope you all have a lovely Sunday and a great week ahead.
