Covid19 Broke our City - Once a hussling and busssling place with thriving business's and lot's of people and now is now a dead ghost city. This is not Right. This is discusting, my heart goes out to each and every shop keeper that has endured the heart break of having to close their businesses and loose their leases because of a farce of a thing that seen our Victoria grossly mismanaged and we hae people's rights being violated on a grand scale. Unbelievable !!!
