Er stellte zudem weitere 500 Millionen Euro in Aussicht. Das Geld soll nach seinen Angaben vor allem über die Organisationen der UNO die Menschen in Afghanistan erreichen.
Der Skandal: Die US-Notenbank hat gleichzeitig 9,5 Mrd. an afghanischen Währungsreserven eingefroren. Gleichzeitig wird Deutschland um Hilfe um gebeten.
