It's Election Day 1998, so Bill begins the broadcast explaining why the results thus far appear the way they do with special emphasis on the way they use racism against us. He then open phones for the remainder of the broadcast, asking listeners to call in with their local election results until he shuts down early, realizing no one can hear him, as he is being jammed by the Voice of America. He ends the broadcast announcing he is immediately changing the frequency of his local Round Valley radio station from 101FM to 98.5FM, airing the first several minutes on the new channel. Originally broadcast November 03, 1998.
