A delicious & quite easily prepared curry, a staple dish in many Bangladeshi and Pakistani households.
You'll need :
500g lamb mince
150g frozen peas
1 medium onion/shallots finely diced
3 medium tomatoes
Squirt of tomato puree
Tbs of honey
1 teaspoon of:
Coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, ginger & as much chilli powder as you'd like
1 piece of ginger and 6 garlic cloves
2 green chillies sliced lengthways & 1 red chilli (optional)
fresh coriander to garnish
Salt & black pepper to taste
