Florida Power and light buys land from the government all the way from Card Sound road to the southern tip of Florida. Then FPL gets laws passed in the Florida senate to make it a felony to walk on the right side of card sound Road. The new signs say construction site. But clearly you can see from the photos nothing is being built by FPL and is a way to cover up the radiation discharges.

Also double disturbing for the local fisherman who are fishing off of Card Sound Road...The Locals are getting Zapped like bugs as FPL is running it's power lines to the Florida Keys on most of Card Sound Road. I would also think this would hurt drivers who often are taking this route. My EMF Meter was all the way over the Red going off scale.
