#10 Minutes EXERCISE Routine / GET A SIX-PACK
Hey, since we are all being told to not go out, I figured I would share my daily exercise routine with you!
All you need is you body weight, and a towel (even the towel *could* be skipped, although it is not recommended imho).
This is, as you can tell, mostly focused on the upper body (arms, shoulder and abdomen section) and this is a maintenance exercise mostly, to avoid and mitigate any sort of neck/back pain. Everyday I like to walk/hike so that is what I do as my "Leg-day" routine, in case you are wondering.
They say that one of the keys for a healthy back and neck is to work on your CORE muscles. This has certainly worked for me, and it will also give you a nice "Six-pack" and some moderate "Pec" muscles.
I do this everyday, at least 2 times during the day (sometimes 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. Or back-to-back depending on my shedule). Sometimes I do it even more, it's up to you!
The beauty of this routine is that it is easy to memorize, it can be done almost everywhere with just a towel, AND you can do it approximately all in just 10 minutes! this video is a little bit longer than that because of the short introduction and "outro" commentary. Also (and this is going to sound like an excuse) having to narrate made me a little bit more exhausted than usual, I am aware that my form is not the best. This is just for informative purposes, I bet that you can do this much better than me. You know that it is working when you feel the muscles burning, he he.

I encourage anybody watching this, to record and post their exercise routine(s) or even this one for people like me who are looking to be and stay healthy during this #Quarantine period. I am also considering making and posting a video of some stretching exercises, which are difficult for me and I honestly hate the pain they bring LOL, but do provide great benefits for our bodies.
