All over the world countries are reporting record levels of all-cause mortality, and nobody seems to know why. This video puts New Zealand's excess deaths into context and shows how easy it is to check what officials say. 2. The rise in New Zealand excess deaths, when comparing 2022 to 2021 (Jan to mid Sept) is actually 108%, not 106%. I discovered this error just before upload & considered it to be minor and not requiring a remake.
