WHAT ARE THESE THINGS? ELEPHANT GARLIC?

I recently stumbled across some of these out in the woods. They look similar to leeks, and smell similar to onions. I was looking into what they could possibly be and found a couple videos from Haphazard Homestead about Elephant Garlic, and I think that may be what these are. What do you think?
