Here is the Yellow Pimp Tomato, Solanum pimpinellifolium. We received the seeds to this tomato from a seed trade from someone in the northern pan handle of Florida. This tiny yellow Currant Tomato is a Small yellow colored tomato that is a close relative to the common tomato, with an excellent sweet flavor. This variety bears heavily, often producing several hundred fruits off a single plant. Plants can grow to 10-20′. fruits can be used to make sauce or eaten fresh. They appear to be a yellow version of the everglades tomato being slightly translucent. Indeterminate Open pollinated. 60-65 days.
