THE CONSERVATOR

The cards are firm that conservatorships are instruments of the devil.

Jason Rubin got himself named trustee by great-aunt Cira, 96, worth $25 million in 2008, the same year Geraldine Wyle of Holland and Knight was getting the conservatorship on Britney. In 2018 Jason Rubin tried to get conservatorship over his mother, Ida. Dr. Gregory P. Brown signed a doctor's declaration for Rubin without meeting Rubin's mother, Ida. Brown declared that Ida was psychotic which he defined as having a "substantial break in the perception of consensual reality" which is meaningless psychobabble designed to confound the simple-minded. Dr. Brown said that his finding that Ida had "a substantial break in her perception of consensual reality" was based on the fact that Ida had asked the Las Vegas cops to "perform nonsensical acts" which made her a threat to herself and others. The "nonsensical act" Ida asked the cops to perform was to check her house for drugs and see if the LAPD was watching her. Jason Rubin did not tell Dr. Brown that Ida had every right to be suspicious because she had been forced to remove Jason from her home in 2008 because of his involvement with drugs. Jason has a history of problems with the LAPD for DUI, "controlled substances", guns and alcohol. Rubin represented to the court that Ida was "paranoid schizophrenic." In addition to the foregoing, Jason Rubin has a conflict of interests with Jamie Spears. When Rubin was fighting the Cira case in 2008 he used Geraldine Wyle, Esq. of Holland and Knight as his attorney, the same attorney now representing Jamie Spears.
