The Magician (2003) {rare AF aussie film, audio & video restored)

I had to restore audio and video over a "days work" (mostly blue line % watching) to be able to watch this so I thought I would post here
The Magician "documentary* " follows charismatic, yet volatile hitman Ray Shoesmith (Ryan) around Melbourne while he is being filmed by a friend and neighbour / uni student assignment - project filmmaker. As he goes about his chilling business - threatening violence and in some cases making good on those threats - the camera continues to roll, fuelled by offbeat conversation, dark humour and emotional crises.

* this film was inserted into the Australian film scene via film festival student documentary status, and was proven later to be a mockumentary. however the performances & scripting / editing by no one anyone knew were too authentic for many to decide on as to between truth or pure fiction or somewhere in between.

The film's vibe is heavily contrasted between the charismatic protagonist / lead character and the autistic AF "film maker". Certainly worth more than typical Hollywood trash

video and audio restoration : you will see the occasional morph worm or hear tiny audio glitches , it was restored from a 97.7% complete divX torrent file.
