We short circuit its brain by making it laugh too hard then we check in on Goal. Doc says her brain implant is really damaged this time so we'll need to get a new one. There are two on sale, an expensive premium one and an all purpose cheap one that comes with a free lollipop. Once the new brain implant cartridge is installed, Goal wakes up and she's acting different than usual. This is one-third of Goal's full personality and the other two didn't quite make it in. We'll need to perform another operation, but we'll have to convince all three of Goal's personalities to go through with it. Even worse, it looks like some people are after Goal's brain implant for the ascension codes.
